High AIMS Math Summits

High AIMS Consortium is sponsoring a two day work shop that focuses on Math Education. Facilitated by Mrs. Christina Sherman and Dr. Linda Sheffield, the will examine the Common Core State Standards as well as how to challenge high performing gifted students.

High AIMS: Assessing for Inquiry Learning

High AIMS: Assessing for Inquiry Learning is a three-day workshop, designed by the Institute of Inquiry (San Francisco) that focuses on a practical and applied introduction to formative assessment.  Activities will be led by trained facilitators and includes an on-line professional dialogue component. Note: This event is filled.

High AIMS: Problem-Based Learning and Advanced PBL

PBL is a three-day workshop combining Problem-Based Learning and Advanced PBL. Activities will be led by trained practitioners who utilize PBL in their own classrooms and includes an on-line professional dialogue component. Those who participate all three days will have the opportunity to receive 3 credits from Ashland University for a combination of class and online experiences.

High AIMS Leadership Professional Dialogue Series:

A series of three professional dialogue opportunities for superintendents, district office leaders and building leaders. The series will feature business, government, university and pre-12 leaders in trending conversations and topics followed by a chance to sit down, share ideas and network with leaders among the High AIMS districts.
