To promote high student achievement by forming an influential educational consortium in which a network of learning communities involving educators, community, research, business and industry leaders attain world class standards in mathematics, science and the integration of other academic disciplines to ensure exemplary instruction and assessment and to create organizational and leadership practices conducive to a 21st century learning environment.
Mission
The mission of High AIMS is to ensure that all students and staff achieve exemplary levels of mathematical and science understanding by integrating instruction from other academic disciplines, ensuring that instruction and assessment practice across the disciplines include scientific inquiry; student focused problem-based learning, communication skills, teamwork/collaboration skills, creativity/innovation, critical thinking, problem solving and career and college readiness.
